I bought a 2006 Element at Fidelity Auto in August 2023 and remain 100% satisfied with it. Fidelity is the whole package!!! Their cars are pick of the litter, and their selection is impressive for such a small operation. Their website is comprehensive and easy to use (lots of photos, free access to a complete report from AutoCheck, links to text or call with questions). Salesman Joe Perry is a gem: knowledgeable, responsive but low-pressure, and above all, honest. Price negotiation was quick and painless, no tricks or games. Fidelity is 70 miles from me, but the trip was well worth it. The car was exactly as described: "fully inspected and serviced, and ready to drive." It had been meticulously detailed and outfitted with a new battery and tires. I fell in love with it on the test drive. The paperwork was done in 30 minutes, and Joe explained every form I signed. On pick-up day, the car was ready. He had even keyed in the stereo code and set the clock. I gave him a check and he handed me the keys. Joe made the car buying experience so easy and enjoyable, I had to pinch myself once or twice to be sure I wasn't dreaming. Their clerk, Victoria, was awesome, too. I had the title in my hands in record time and she shared money-saving tips on transferring my old plate. I had the car checked out at the local Honda dealership, where it passed with flying colors. Over the past 18 months, my adorable silver Element has been solid and dependable, and a pleasure to drive. Thank you, Fidelity Auto. You guys are the best.

Had a really good experience with Fidelity Auto. Bought a car 4 months ago and haven't had any problems with it. Staff and salesman were friendly and straightforward. Received a call a couple of weeks after the sale that they were sending the title. Got the title a few days later. If you detest buying cars like I do, I'd recommend giving them a try. Very reasonable to work with.

I purchased a car out of state from Fidelity auto. Nick and the team at Fidelity auto were very helpful and friendly. When Nick wasn't available I felt that the team at Fidelity auto were reliable. Some dealerships seemed very wary when I told them my intent. I was never felt this way with Fidelity. Nick also picked me up from the airport. They were understanding and even seemed helpful during my prepurchase inspection. They worked with me on financing and when I decided to go an alternate route they didn't balk. Nick even overnighted me a temp plate, my prior one didn't make it home through three states of rain. Had some issues on my end during the purchase process and Nick was very accommodating to make things work. If I lived in Ohio I would refer Fidelity to family and friends, but I can tell those across the internet that Fidelity auto is a solid, reliable and all around great place to find a car.

Came all the way from Cincinnati to get a deal on a Bolt EV. Since the price was low and I was so far away, there was a risk in coming all the way up for a test drive and being disappointed. Nick at Fidelity was super helpful in communicating all about the car via text so that by the time I drove up for a test drive, there were no surprises. He even matched the trade-in of my car with Carvana's offer, which made things even easier for me. Very happy with my Bolt EV!
